My name is Rudy, and I’m happy to share my journey with you. I spent almost 20 years working at an oilfield technology company, gaining experience in warehouse management, electrical assembly, sales, technical operations, project management, product development, and leadership.

A key part of my role was teaching others how to do their jobs safely and effectively. As a technician, I traveled the world installing advanced data systems on drilling rigs, training rig electricians to maintain and repair equipment safely. This expertise came from safety standards, manuals, and continual education.

When I transitioned into owning a pressure washing company, I noticed a lack of standardization in training, which inspired me to focus on providing excellent services and developing high-quality standards formy company which has helped us grow immensely in the industry.
