Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you have complete flexibility. After the initial property reset is completed, you can cancel your ongoing monthly maintenance plan at any time. Terms apply.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. As your home's needs change or the seasons shift, you can easily upgrade your plan to a higher tier to include more frequent upkeep visits and services.
Can I add a pool deck or other extra services?
Yes. All members receive exclusive preferred pricing on additional home care services not included in the plan. This includes pool deck cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter stain removal, oxidation removal, hard water stain removal from windows, artillery fungus removal, rust stain treatment, concrete sealing, paver re-sanding, fence washing and restoration, and other specialty exterior cleaning services. As a member, you receive priority scheduling and discounted pricing on these add-on services.
What if my home is above 2500 sq ft.?
Homes over 2,500 sq ft may incur a small additional fee at a discounted per-square-foot rate, which is conveniently divided and added into your monthly payment over 12 months.
