RC Pressure Washing TX is hiring dependable, hardworking team members ready to build real skills and earn strong pay. This is a hands-on position for individuals who like physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and take pride in seeing immediate results from their effort.

You will assist with residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects including house washing, driveway cleaning, surface cleaning, window cleaning, and property maintenance. This role involves working with professional equipment, handling hoses and tools, climbing ladders, and performing detailed cleaning tasks safely and efficiently. You must be comfortable working at heights and not be afraid of ladders.

Base pay starts at $12 per hour with opportunities to earn $15–$18 per hour through daily production bonuses, tips, and commissions. Team members who help bring in new work through networking or door-to-door outreach can earn additional commission on those jobs. Weekly training is required and designed to help you grow your skills quickly and advance.

This position is ideal for reliable individuals who show up on time, work hard, and want steady hours with performance-based earning potential. Reliable transportation is required. Prior experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.

What You’ll Do
