RC Pressure Washing TX is seeking motivated individuals who want to earn commission by helping connect homeowners and businesses with professional exterior cleaning and window replacement services. This role focuses on lead generation and outreach. Your primary goal is to find opportunities, start conversations, and connect interested prospects with our team.

About the Role
In this Business Development role, you will monitor Facebook and Nextdoor for posts where homeowners discuss pressure washing, dirty exteriors, HOA violations, roof stains, driveway stains, or concerns about window replacement pricing. You will also pursue in-person opportunities through door-to-door introductions, local networking events, business-to-business outreach, and cold calling to discover which methods work best for you. Once you identify interested prospects, you will enter their information into the CRM, which connects them directly with our team for estimates and follow-up.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are proactive, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Facebook and Nextdoor for homeowners seeking pressure washing or window replacement services
• Identify buying signals such as HOA letters, stained driveways, moldy siding, roof discoloration, or window upgrade discussions
• Engage professionally with homeowners through comments, messages, and conversations
• Pursue multiple outreach methods including social media engagement, door-to-door introductions, networking events, B2B outreach, and cold calls
• Provide company information and connect interested prospects with our team
• Represent RC Pressure Washing TX professionally both online and in person
• Communicate clearly and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Compensation
• 10% commission on all pressure washing sales generated from your leads
• 2% commission on all window replacement sales generated from your leads
• No cap on earnings
